Turn leads into relationships
As soon as someone fills a Facebook or Instagram form, the lead is created in Gestivly. It stays in one pipeline, and every card move goes back to Meta.

The lead is created as soon as the form is filled
The person sends their answers, and the lead is created in Gestivly, with those answers, in the stage you chose. The team finds it in the pipeline, ready to call.

When a card moves, Meta hears about it
Gestivly sends each stage change back to Meta, with the form’s lead id. Meta calls this Conversion Leads: the CRM sends every stage, not only the filled form. Delivery can then favor people who progress, instead of people who only leave a phone number.
Meta reports that lead ads connected to a CRM, using the goal “Maximize number of qualified leads,” cost on average 21% less per quality lead than ads aimed only at the volume of forms.
01
The form is filled
The person sends their answers. The lead is created in Gestivly right then, with those answers on the profile.
02
The lead takes its place
It falls into the stage you chose, with the original answers on the profile.
03
The stage goes back to Meta
Imported, contacted, visit, won, lost, or any other stage: Meta uses that to favor leads that actually progress.
A duplicate shows up immediately
The card flags the match. The profile says why: same phone, same name, or both.
A visit lands on a free day
Before you book, the day shows who already has visits. The outcome stays on the lead.
WhatsApp follows how you sell
The visit reminder is only an example. Any Wati template can go out at the moment you choose.
What managers see
- Contact rate
- No-answer rate
- Visit booking rate
- Win rate
Plus how the work is split across agents. These are the same stages sent back to Meta.
